Nascar Racing Other

Here is a photograph of Mike Adragna's #3 WIDEFIELD CONOCO 1969 Cougar Eliminator (notice hood scoop) late model stocker. Pause for a moment and look at how pretty this race car is. I'd describe this stocker as the most beautiful Cougar race car on the planet, which it undoubtedly was, but it may have been the only Cougar oval tracker on the planet, so that description may not impress. This car is Unbelieveably Kool. How's that?

" This Cougar was Mike’s dream of entering Grand National Sportsman competition, so he, and partner Rich Fields, built the car to NASCAR specs. It never panned out, but it did begin a relationship with Speedway Engineering and American Speed Center that lasted a long time. "
